1. Definition of Roles
Ensable: Acts as the provider of Entity-Level Intelligence. Ensable is the Data Controller for its
own firmographic data sets.
Client: Acts as the Sole Data Controller for any and all outreach, research, or processing of
personal data initiated as a result of an Ensable signal.
2. Client Covenants
The Client acknowledges that Ensable does not provide contact information. If the Client
chooses to identify or contact individuals associated with a corporate signal provided by
Ensable, the Client warrants that:
They have a valid legal basis (e.g., Legitimate Interest or Consent) for such processing.
They will utilize their own compliant first-party or third-party tools to obtain contact details.
They will comply with all applicable anti-spam and privacy laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
3. Limitation of Liability
Ensable shall not be held liable for any privacy violations or legal non-compliance resulting from
the Client’s use of third-party tools to enrich Ensable’s business signals with personal data.
