1. Scope of Data Collection
Ensable is built on a ‘Privacy-First’ architecture. Our platform is designed to monitor, aggregate,
and report on Entity-Level Intelligence. This includes firmographic data, corporate intent
signals, and public business events associated with legal entities (companies), not natural
persons.
2. Non-PII Commitment
Ensable does not intentionally collect, store, or process Personal Identifiable Information (PII) as
defined by the GDPR, CCPA, or other global privacy frameworks. Our database is restricted to
business identifiers including, but not limited to:
Business Names and Domains
Corporate Headquarters Locations
Firmographic Markers (Revenue, Employee Count, Industry)
Technographic Data (Publicly detectable software stacks)
Intent Signals (Hiring trends, M&A activity, and corporate news)
3. Role-Based Triggers
While Ensable may identify changes in corporate leadership or departmental shifts, such data is
provided as Role-Based Triggers (e.g., “The VP of Marketing role has changed”). Ensable does
not provide direct contact identifiers such as personal emails or phone numbers.
4. Data Sourcing
All data utilized by Ensable is sourced from manifest public records, corporate filings, and
aggregated business signal providers. We do not utilize ‘shadow’ databases or private consumer
registries.
