This statement outlines Ensable’s methodology in monitoring the public business domain. We
act as a Market Intelligence Service that interprets public signals to help businesses
understand the ‘Where’ and ‘Why’ of market shifts.
2. No Individual Tracking
Ensable does not perform individual tracking, cross-device monitoring, or behavioral profiling of
private citizens. Our monitoring is strictly confined to the activities of business organizations and
the public professional roles within them.
3. Data Minimization
In accordance with the principle of Data Minimization, Ensable discards any incidental PII that
may be ingested during the firmographic aggregation process. We maintain a clean data
environment focused exclusively on corporate entities.
4. Third-Party Links
Our service may provide links to third-party professional platforms (e.g., LinkedIn). When a
Client accesses these links, they do so under the terms and privacy policies of those respective
platforms. Ensable does not transfer PII to these platforms nor receive PII back from them.
